Instructions:

  • Before applying for revaluation, pay Revaluation Fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) per subject in Examination Fee through STATE BANK COLLECT.
  • Keep soft-copy of Fee Payment Receipt ready to upload.
  • Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Revaluation application is accepted only after verifying the correctness of details entered by student and realization of payment.
  • Fill this form once for each subject. (Eg. if you are applying for revaluation in 4 subjects, this form needs to be filled 4 times, once for each subject)
