A Two-Day International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ICECE-2016) is scheduled during 29th and 30th July, 2016 at JNTUK-University College of Engineering Vizianagaram in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The objective of the conference is to pursue the progression from the theoretical aspects of innovative communication and signal processing techniques through the implementation, evaluation and performance enhancement of practical communication systems. This international conference is planned to be a forum for presenting research outcomes of topics ranging from those protocols and processes required to utilize the full potential offered by the current and emerging networking infrastructure.

A Five-Day Workshop on Activity Based Language Teaching: Intermediate Level ( ABLT-II)

A Five-Day teacher training workshop on Activity Based Language Teaching: Intermediate Level ( ABLT-II) is scheduled during 16th to 20th April,2016 at UCEV in the department of Basic Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences. The first spell of ABLT-I was conducted in February,2016 focusing on Basics of ELT and Teaching Language Skills. The second spell would focus on Curriculum Development and Use of ICT in Language Classrooms. The objective of this workshop is the enable language teachers to understand the process of designing a language course choosing materials from various sources.
The focus areas are:
i. Teaching of Grammar and Vocabulary
ii. Curriculum development & syllabus design
iii. Designing, grading and implementing tasks
iv. Using ICT for supplementary materials
V. Assessing language with rubrics
